Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Home at No.5. By booking your stay, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please take a moment to read through them before confirming your reservation.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once full payment (or deposit, if applicable) has been received. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. All stays are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices include utilities, Wi-Fi, and household essentials unless otherwise stated.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.

 

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone:

No pets allowed (unless agreed in advance).

Respect neighbours and keep noise levels low after 10 PM.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Failure to follow these rules may result in the cancellation of your stay without refund.

Damage, Loss & Security Deposit

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages or breaches of these terms. Missing items, excessive cleaning or misuse of the property may result in additional charges.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made according to the booking platform’s policy (such as Airbnb or Booking.com) will be honoured. For direct bookings, we offer a flexible 7-day cancellation policy — cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival receive a full refund; within 7 days, the booking becomes non-refundable.
In rare cases where we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance issues or safety concerns, a full refund will be provided.

Liability

Home at No.5 is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ belongings. All guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for any injury, accident or inconvenience caused by events outside our control, such as power outages, weather conditions or third-party issues.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Personal information collected during the booking process is used only to manage your stay and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
